Our Work
The Problem
Women are the backbone of coffee farming, making up 70% of the workforce, yet they earn less than 20% of the industry’s revenue. This inequity keeps families trapped in cycles of poverty, food insecurity, and climate vulnerability.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Thriving Business Framework
Our goal is to transform the livelihoods of 5 million women coffee farmers globally, reaching 10,000 by 2030 to claim their share of this $400 billion market.
Key Initiatives
We work with farmers for the long term, offering personalized mentorship, masterclasses, and networking opportunities to ensure their businesses grow sustainably.
Farmer School
We equip farmers with the skills and resources— including micro-grants— to build and grow profitable farms.
Women-Powered Coffee Summit
We foster peer learning and networking, including an annual gathering of women in coffee.
Women-Powered Coffee Company
We connect women to global buyers for direct market access, earning 3x prices.
Our Theory of Change
If smallholder women farmers are equipped with the training, capital, and market connections, then, they will drive their communities toward a thriving future.
